One of life's true gentlemen ... I will remember Howard not only for appointing me to my role at Great Sankey Library (many many years ago) but more importantly for his kindness, care, compassion, his infectious smile and good nature. Howard will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My loving thoughts are with him and his family.
