Very sad to hear of Howard’s passing. I worked on various projects with Howard at Cheshire Libraries and have only happy memories of him. There were always laughs and smiles and Howard was always very supportive. The Villa’s influence also ensured that many workplaces were painted claret and blue! Definitely gone too soon.
